Job Summary
We are hiring a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a secure work environment at our building and high-rise construction sites. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Safety Management and have at least 2 years of experience in civil construction safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Enforce company safety policies and ensure adherence to all construction safety regulations.

· Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

· Organize and lead daily toolbox talks and periodic safety training sessions for workers.

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports with preventive measures.

· Maintain and update safety records, including inspection reports, audits, and incident logs.

· Ensure proper and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain safe site operations.

· Lead emergency drills and ensure preparedness of site staff for various scenarios.

· Keep up to date with safety regulations, legal compliance, and industry best practices.

Requirements

· Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent qualification.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil High-Rise building construction site safety.

· Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

· Ability to identify risks, propose corrective measures, and ensure implementation.

· Effective in managing emergencies and working under pressure on active construction sites.
