Job Description –

This section contains the understanding of the scope of work to fulfill the Application & Infrastructure support requirements of iSeatz. The team will be performing below mentioned tasks within the agreed SLAs and ensure ownership is taken until closure for each activity.

Proactive monitoring of the infrastructure to keep the services running seamlessly and maintain the high uptimeMonitoring the Infrastructure and services related to the application hosted in the environment as:

o   Disk space Management

o   Monitoring the system jobs

o   Memory and CPU utilization

o   Web services such as http and https, etc.

o   Application and server performance monitoring

o   Overall server/infrastructure health check

Monitoring the production environment using monitoring tool and address any alerts triggeredOpen the bridge call for any major incident and keep the stake holders informedFollowing documented processes for troubleshooting, resolving or escalating issuesWorking with the onsite team to modify or update documents on a central repository as and when any change in the process arisesMaintaining service levels based on the priority of issues reportedCheck logs and share reports as we mature in the engagementKeep all stakeholders informed about the tasks performed through Slack or similar instant messengerIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency via process enhancement or automationTake complete ownership of the tickets and drive it to closureSKILLS
2-3 years of experience of working in a NOC environmentExpertise in Linux environment. RHCE certifiedITIL certifiedWork independently, should display ownership all times with sense of urgency for business impacting issues.Process drivenAbility to multitask with eye for detailFast learner with good logical and analytical skillsGood communication skills verbal and writtenGood customer service skills
