AI Developer Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to build sophisticated AI agent applications that orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and create intelligent, autonomous workflows. This role focuses on developing production-ready agentic AI systems. You'll have the opportunity to expand your skills in modern UI frameworks (Flutter/ReactJS) while working alongside diverse architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development

• Design and build multi-agent AI applications with complex reasoning and decision-making capabilities
• Implement LLM orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration engines
• Develop intelligent agent workflows that can plan, execute, and adapt tasks autonomously
• Create agent-to-agent communication systems and collaborative AI workflows
• Build tool-calling and function-calling capabilities for AI agents

LLM Integration & Orchestration

• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models)
• Implement LLM routing, fallback strategies, and cost optimization across different models
• Design prompt engineering pipelines and dynamic prompt generation systems
• Build context management and memory systems for long-running agent conversations
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agentic AI system performance

Application Development

• Integrate agentic AI capabilities into mobile and web applications
• Learn and apply Flutter or ReactJS frameworks for AI-powered user interfaces
• Build conversational AI interfaces that support complex, multi-turn agent interactions
• Develop real-time streaming interfaces for agent reasoning and execution
• Create intuitive UX/UI for human-agent collaboration workflows

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI agents with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform applications
• Develop intelligent automations using Power Automate with agentic AI capabilities
• Build REST API endpoints for agent orchestration and management
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for production agent systems

Requirements
Mandatory Agentic AI Skills

• 2+ years hands-on experience building agentic AI applications or multi-agent systems
• Proven experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• Experience with at ifferent LLM providers
• Agent workflow design including planning, reasoning, and execution cycles
• Tool integration for AI agents (APIs, databases, external services)

Core Technical Requirements

• Programming Languages: Python (primary)
• AI Platforms: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, experience with open-source LLM APIs
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) integration with agent systems
• Vector database integration for agent memory and knowledge
• Development Tools: REST APIs, Azure DevOps
• Orchestration Experience: Building complex, stateful AI workflows and pipelines
