  • Handle client inquiries and provide expert guidance on immigration services through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Stay up to date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate advice.
  • Collect, verify, and manage client documents to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Follow up on pending payments and maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, documentation, and application progress.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and provide continuous support during the entire application journey.

Salary as per company norms
