UGC Influencer

We are looking for a UGC Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager (3–5 Years Experience) to join our Mohali branch. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the fashion/clothing e-commerce industry, with expertise in influencer collaborations, user-generated content (UGC), and affiliate partnerships tailored for international fashion markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
• Strategize and source UGC content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
• Manage and optimize the affiliate marketing program to increase brand reach and sales.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align influencer and affiliate strategies with brand goals.
• Research fashion and social trends to leverage UGC and influencer-driven content.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and affiliate partners.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in influencer & affiliate marketing within the fashion/clothing e-commerce industry.
• Strong network of fashion influencers and affiliates, preferably with US/global market exposure.
• Hands-on experience with UGC campaigns, affiliate platforms, and influencer tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of visual storytelling and fashion trends.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
