KRA Coordination
  •  Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant
  • information.
  •  Analyze week on week task of sales team with timelines and ensuring activities like customer follow up, proposal
  • sending, POC movement etc are executed in timely manner.
  •  Respond to request from customers and give sales support when requested.
  •  Coordinating with other departments.

Documentation:
  •  Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  •  Support sales team in day-to-day sales activities like Preparing Proposal, offers, Sales documentation,
  • comparisons etc.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  •  Collect, Analyze and present various sales reports to management.
  •  Highlight the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to management
  •  Analyze report from each department and analyze the progress of each department as per the committed
  • timelines.

Requirements and skills:
  •  Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be
  • considered a plus;
  •  Excellent Excel skills
  •  Proficiency in English
  •  Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  A team player with high level of dedication
  •  Presentation skills
  •  The ability to write reports and proposals
