Role & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell LIC's insurance products to individuals and businesses.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Maintain good client relationships for future policy renewals and referrals.
Attend LIC training programs and follow regulatory compliance.
Actively prospect and generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and personal contacts.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred)
Age: 25 years and above
Good communication and networking skills
Motivated, honest, and willing to work in the field
Prior sales/marketing experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
