Key Responsibilities
Curing Operator
- Operate curing presses and ensure proper vulcanization of tyres as per process parameters.
- Monitor curing cycle times, temperature, and pressure to maintain product quality.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of cured tyres.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of curing equipment.
- Record production data and report any deviations or equipment issues.
Tyre Building Operator
- Operate tyre building machines to assemble green tyres using components like beads, plies, belts, and tread.
- Ensure correct alignment and placement of components as per specifications.
- Inspect green tyres for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and assist in minor troubleshooting.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain production logs.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing (curing or building operations).
- Familiarity with tyre construction processes and machinery.
- Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Rubber Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience in a tyre plant or rubber manufacturing unit preferred.
