Role and Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager at Lycus Business Services pvt ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, collaborating with the leadership team, architects, and leads. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the customer to define the scope of the project and ensuring all project deliveries meet organizational standards.
  • Managing projects in various execution models, including Agile/Waterfall, and using tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git, XL, etc.
  • Identifying program risks, developing mitigation plans, and providing regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving revenue growth at multiple accounts by effectively managing resources and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Mentoring project managers and project leads to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Experience in project management, particularly in an Agile framework using Scrum and Kanban Boards.
  • Familiarity with C programming, Linux device driver development, firmware development, board bring up, BSP, embedded systems, or consumer electronics products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with particular emphasis on debugging.
  • Self-managed and adaptive, with a willingness to take on new challenging work.
