What you'll own as – Product Manager Senior

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for FX DCC offerings, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and compliant DCC solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, write or review detailed user stories, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Analyze transaction data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and local FX regulations.
• Partner with FX rate providers and treasury teams to optimize rate sourcing, margin strategies, and real-time conversion accuracy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for DCC across internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

Required Qualifications:

• MBA/ Master's From Top & Reputed Institutions.
• 12 + years of experience in product management or management consultancy
• Experience working in a multinational organisation, preferably within fintech, payments, banking or management consultancy
• Proven experience working with payment gateways, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or acquiring banks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with card scheme compliance and DCC-specific mandates.
• Understanding of FX markets, DCC mechanics, and cross-border payment ecosystems.
• Experience with FX rate engines, treasury systems, and pricing/margin optimization tools.
