Frontier Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Frontier Architect
with strong expertise in the
Telecom Wireline domain
. The ideal candidate will have a development background (Java or equivalent coding knowledge) and extensive experience in designing and architecting telecom solutions across OSS/BSS, Network Inventory, Provisioning, and Service Assurance. This is a hands-on technical role requiring close collaboration with leadership, including direct interactions with CEO and CO Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and solutioning in the Wireline OSS/BSS domain (Inventory, Provisioning, Activations, Service Assurance, Network Testing).
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in backend and logical layers.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and feature definition.
• Work on application migration, large data movement, and system rationalization initiatives.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging databases, messaging services, APIs, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, vendors, and offshore partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support business goals by translating complex telecom and network requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience
  in Telecom architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on development background:
  Java, Spring, Python, C++
  or equivalent.
• Mandatory:
  Telecom Wireline domain experience (Fiber, Copper network, Broadband, VPN, TLS, SES, Topologies like Ring/Mesh).
• Deep knowledge of
  OSS/BSS systems
  , Network Inventory, Provisioning, and Service Assurance.
• Strong understanding of
  Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 provisioning
  .
• Experience in
  data-intensive applications, data ingestion, and processing frameworks
  .
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra).
• Cloud expertise:
  AWS, OCI, GCP, Kubernetes
  .
• Experience with
  Linux environments
  and messaging services (XML schema, APIs, Security frameworks).
• Familiarity with
  telecom tools
  such as Ericsson and Oracle suite (TIRKS, WFA, SOAC, MARCH, M6).
• Strong skills in
  BPM services, business processes, and system rationalization
  .
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
