You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives.This is your chance to shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and influence system architecture at scale. We value innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.What you will do: Lead the design & implementation ofdistributed systems ,microservices , andevent-driven architecturesusingGo, Kafka, and Kubernetes . Architectscalable, fault-tolerantdata pipelines and optimize system performance. Drive infrastructure automation withKubernetes ,GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) , andcloud-nativepractices. Overseemonitoring & observabilityusing Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing. Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics. Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.What you bring: 7–10 yearsin software engineering, with4+ yearsin distributed systems. 2+ yearsof team leadership or technical lead experience. Deep expertise inGo ,Kafka ,microservices , andKubernetes . Strong grasp ofdatabase design & optimization(MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j). Proven success inscaling systems ,optimizing performance , and managingproduction reliability . Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.Bonus: Experience inFinTech ,high-frequency systems , orMLOps . Open-source contributions or public speaking. Certifications (CKA, AWS/GCP Architect) and compliance exposure (SOC2, PCI-DSS).
