Your Role

• Manage and maintain software deployment using FileWave and KACE package management tools.
• Create, test, and deploy application packages across enterprise environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize package delivery.
• Provide advanced support for macOS devices including configuration, policy enforcement, and software distribution.
• Ensure compliance and security standards are met across Mac endpoints.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Configure and optimize Defender policies for threat protection and response.
• Monitor security alerts and conduct incident response as needed.
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Intune for device and application management.
• Build and deploy application packages using Intune (mandatory hands-on experience).
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access rules.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Your Profile

• 9 to 12 years of experience in macOS administration and support.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FileWave and KACE tools.
• Proven expertise in macOS device management, policy enforcement, and software deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint configuration and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Familiarity with IT support processes, IT security, and vulnerability management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
