As a Human Resources Associate at Monarch Group Of Hotels (MGOH), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department. Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Assist in organising training and development programs for employees.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance management issues.
