We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and travel-passionate individuals to join us as Tour Buddy. A Tour Buddy is not just a guide, but a companion who ensures women travelers feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for throughout their journey. This role is ideal for people who love meeting new people, exploring destinations, and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany solo travelers, small groups, or tour participants during trips.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, check-ins, and navigating destinations.
  • Share destination knowledge, local culture, and insider tips.
  • Engage travelers with friendly conversation and fun activities.
  • Ensure safety and comfort of travelers during journeys.
  • Act as a bridge between travelers and local communities.
  • Capture moments (photos/videos) if requested by clients.
  • Handle basic problem-solving during trips (delays, language barriers, etc.).
  • Promote inclusivity and ensure everyone feels welcomed.
  • Assisting with backend support when not travelling.

Requirements:

  • Passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and adaptable personality.
  • Good knowledge of destinations (training will be provided if needed).
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized during trips.
  • Multilingual skills (Hindi & English are mandatory).
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
