About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Hub Manager to lead our hub operations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive efficiency and excellence across hub activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end hub operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to operational KPIs.
  • Lead and manage a team with focus on performance, motivation, and accountability.
  • Handle vendor management, asset tracking, and preventive maintenance of vehicles.
  • Drive operational efficiency using advanced Google Sheets/Excel (Excel Ninja level).
  • Ensure EV fleet readiness and optimal utilization.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Take full ownership and problem-solving approach in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum MBA (Automobile Engineering background is a strong plus).
  • Experience: Prior hands-on experience in managing hub operations with proven team leadership.
  • Strong command over Google Sheets / MS Excel for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent team handling experience with ability to motivate and manage large teams.
  • In-depth understanding of vendor management, asset management, and EV vehicle operations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, hustle, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Must be a Kolkata local with strong knowledge of the city and local ecosystem.

Preferred / Bonus Points

  • Prior experience working with gig economy / aggregator platforms (e.g., ride-hailing, delivery, fleet management).
