**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at a cosmetic company based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for various key functions within the HR department. Your primary duties will include talent acquisition and HR operations and compliances. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, making offers, and facilitating onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and establish role requirements. - Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, employee referrals, and consultants to attract top talent. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring timely closures of vacancies while upholding the quality of new hires. - Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization. - Handle HR documentation including letters, contracts, and employee files. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, and serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with an MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. - Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition. - Prior exposure to fast-paced or growth-oriented environments is advantageous. - Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and the MS Office Suite. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive problem-solving attitude and a hands-on approach to tasks.,
