Product Sales Manager-TFX-Branch Banking-Sales
As a Product Sales Manager for Trade Forex (TFX) and Foreign Exchange Services (FES), you will be responsible for driving business growth across a cluster of branches or a specific business segment such as Privy, Wealth, WCG, or Corporate Salary. Your core objective will be to identify and capitalize on trade and forex opportunities, enhance product penetration, and ensure high service standards across channels. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to support branches in achieving their TFX targets, provide market intelligence, and contribute to product development through feedback and insights. Additionally, you will play a key role in capability building, compliance monitoring, and customer satisfaction. Drive achievement of TFX targets across assigned branches or business segments. Manage 6–12 branches and align closely with Area Business Managers or segment heads. Identify trade and forex opportunities within the catchment area or assigned segment. Regularly interact with branches/channels to share market intelligence and stock analysis. Assess training needs and implement capability-building initiatives for branch teams. Gather market and competitor insights to support product development and enhancements. Monitor service standards and turnaround times (TAT); escalate and resolve gaps with HO. Ensure quality of account acquisition and adherence to compliance norms. Respond to customer queries and complaints within defined timelines. Ensure strict adherence to all process guidelines and regulatory requirements. Enhance productivity across channels through strategic planning and execution. Develop catchment-specific strategies to penetrate the market and grow business. Coordinate promotional activities and support branches in executing sales campaigns.
