Job Title: Civil Engineer – Site Installations & Workshop Support

Location: Ludhiana

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who will be responsible for site-specific installations and related civil works. The candidate should also be open to handling allied tasks such as basic electrical works, wiring, and fabrication activities, which will support both on-site execution and workshop requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site visits, and mark the installation areas
  • Gather the civil and electrical work related material from the market
  • Find out the workers at site
  • Supervise and execute civil works at project sites (foundations, structures, installations, etc.).
  • Oversee installation activities for equipment and infrastructure as per drawings/standards.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team for fabrication, assembly, and pre-installation preparations.
  • Carry out/support basic electrical and wiring works related to site installations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality & safety standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be of sound background, not having any police cases of any form -> Police verification is required
  • Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site execution and civil works (freshers with practical skills may also be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical installations, wirings, and workshop fabrication processes is an added advantage.
    --> Otherwise the candidate must be willing to learn these
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic site conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites, all over India, as required.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
