**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise installation** and commissioning of ventilation systems at client sites.
- Conduct **quality checks and performance testing** of installed systems
- Coordinate and **interact with site engineers**, contractors, and client representatives.
- **Maintain site reports**, work progress records, and service data.
- Ensure **timely completion** of tasks and escalate any delays or issues to the reporting manager.
- Report and document **installation photos, checklists, and QC reports**.
- Coordinate with the internal service and logistics team for **material dispatch and tracking**.
- Attend **client meetings**, collect feedback, and ensure proper communication between client and office.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Diploma / B.Tech** in **Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering**:

- **1-3 years of on-site experience** (preferably in ventilation, HVAC, or building services)
- Good understanding of **technical drawings, duct layouts, and ventilation components**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation/reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
