A solar panel site supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of solar panels at a construction site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, by leading and coordinating a team of solar installers while maintaining quality control and adhering to safety regulations.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict safety protocols on site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct regular safety meetings and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all local and industry safety regulations.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in solar panel installation, preferably with supervisory roles.

Work Environment:

- Primarily outdoors on construction sites, exposed to weather conditions.
- May involve working at heights on rooftops or elevated structures.
- Physical demands include lifting heavy equipment and working in various positions.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and construction practices.
- **Leadership Skills**:Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- **Safety Focus**:Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and upholding safety regulations.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with team members, project managers, and clients.
