- **Panel installation**:Carefully lift, position, and secure solar panels onto the prepared mounting system, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- **Electrical connections**:Connect solar panels to the electrical system, including wiring, grounding, and weatherproofing.
- **System testing**:Perform operational checks on the installed solar system to verify power output and functionality.
- **Compliance with regulations**:Adhere to local building codes and safety standards throughout the installation process.

Required skills for a fitter solar panel:

- **Physical ability**:Comfortable working at heights, lifting heavy panels, and climbing ladders.
- **Technical knowledge**:Understanding of electrical systems, solar panel components, and wiring practices.
- **Problem-solving skills**:Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and adapt to unexpected challenges on site.
- **Attention to detail**:Precise measurement and careful installation to ensure optimal system performance.
