If you are passionate about machine learning and want to make a difference for millions of small businesses, join our DnAI (Data and Artificial Intelligence) team at GoDaddy as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. You will have the opportunity to enable modern machine learning models and Generative AI solutions to build intelligent software that delight our customers. You will work with highly skilled scientists in building comprehensive solutions to challenging business problems in customer experience, personalization; as well as tackle technical problems in model evaluation, simulation and more.

What you'll get to do...

• Implement and scale advanced machine learning algorithms, including building intelligent software using Large Language Models (AI Agents).
• Experiment with and deploy efficient model inference techniques.
• Build, deploy and maintain model serving APIs for real-time and batch use cases.
• Assess, build and curate comprehensive evaluations for open-ended Generative AI problems.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate ML solutions within broader product and platform initiatives.
• Drive the exploration and adoption of modern ML technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Your experience should include...

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning related roles.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, etc.
• Must have familiarity with AI assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code or VS Code.
• Skilled in Python programming language with knowledge of software engineering guidelines, including version control, code review, CI/CD, etc.
• Proficiency with prompt engineering and LLMs, along with experience in building and scaling APIs.

You might also have...

• Degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in machine learning related roles.
• Experience in fine-tuning models and optimizing inference.
• Experience in crafting comprehensive evaluations and verification methods.
• Proficiency in Typescript is a plus.
