Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Learning Engineer, located in Gurugram. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include working with large datasets, training neural networks, optimizing models, and extracting insights from data patterns. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into healthcare products.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional R&D experience in NLP or ML research roles
  • Proficiency in working with NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, vectorDBs, etc), deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch), and common data preprocessing techniques.
  • Familiarity with building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Transformers Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks,
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
