About the Role

We're looking for a
Salesforce Administrator
with development skills to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform across Sales and Service Cloud. You will handle configuration, light development, CPQ support, and integrations with other tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce (users, roles, flows, reports, dashboards)
  • Support and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Work on CPQ configurations and updates
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (APIs, connectors)
  • Ensure data quality, security, and system health
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 3+ years admin/dev experience in Salesforce
  • Understanding of integrations and API-based connections
  • Familiarity with CPQ setup and management
  • Exposure to both Sales and Customer Success Cloud
