Shift Timing - 9am to 6pm

Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Draft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the client's requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines.
- Maintain records of bids, client communications, and conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze bidding performance and suggest improvements.
