Job Description: We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and ensuring a high level of excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions, and then provide clear, concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets. Both males and females are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: - Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. - Find the right jobs and write proposals for them - Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions - Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered - Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand the client's requirements and acquisition - Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client on time and within budget - Bidding on Freelance, Upwork, and other freelance portals on a daily basis to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales - Experienced will be preferred Requirements: - Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) - Proposal writing - Knowledge of drafting business proposals - Business development process - Business sales strategy - Analyze marketing trends - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Hardworking, organized, efficient, and creative work ethic - Fluent in English Qualification: - Must be a graduate Benefits: - Develop professional skills - Gain valuable work experience - Learning in a corporate environment - Give yourself an edge in the market How to Apply: - Interested candidates may share their updated resume/portfolio at sutrishna@markobrando.com with the subject line “Application for Online Bidder".
