We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile company expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate financial reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Experience in corporate finance or audit background.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
