Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations. - Analyzing financial data and preparing insightful reports. - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. - Creating financial models to assess business performance. - Contributing to investment analysis and cost optimization strategies. - Monitoring key financial metrics and promoting financial discipline. - Participating in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial outcomes. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a CA qualification. - Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Be proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools. - Demonstrate a solid grasp of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment analysis. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
