Role & responsibilities

  • Execute CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) activities for sterile manufacturing equipment (tanks, vessels, pipelines, etc.).
  • Assist in mixing and compounding of saline and other sterile solutions as per batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment (compounding vessels, filtration units, transfer systems, etc.).
  • Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during all manufacturing activities.
  • Support preparation and execution of batch documentation, logbooks, and reports.
  • Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and readiness of equipment/area for sterile manufacturing.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or deviations immediately to supervisors.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams during validation and qualification activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • M.Sc OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sterile injectable / parenteral manufacturing preferred
