Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Account Executive located in Ambattur. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for supporting client relationships, ensuring project deliverables meet expectations, and acting as a liaison between teams. Key tasks include assisting with project coordination, preparing proposals, maintaining client communication, and monitoring project timelines for smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
  • Maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Support GST filing, GST purchase/sales reconciliation, and related compliance work.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and ledger reconciliations.
  • Update and maintain accurate financial records in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare bank documentation, including statements, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payments and follow-ups.
  • Assist in audit preparation, MIS reporting, and tax-related documentation
  • Educational background in Business Administration, CA, ICAT , or a related field is advantageous
  • Freshers or 2–4 years of experience in accounting preferred.
