We're hiring an
Email Marketing & Automation Specialist
to build and scale a high-performing, multi-channel outbound engine. If you live and breathe segmentation, deliverability, and clean automation—from email to LinkedIn to WhatsApp—you'll love this role.

What you'll do

  • Own the
    end-to-end email setup
    : domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), tracking, warm-up, IP/domain reputation, and sending infrastructure (Amazon SES, Mailchimp, Instantly).
  • Build
    audience segmentation
    by account, persona, intent, lifecycle stage, and behavior.
  • Orchestrate
    multi-channel sequences
    across email, LinkedIn automation, WhatsApp (Business), and iMessage—without hurting deliverability or compliance.
  • Use

    for data enrichment and personalization at scale; use
    Apollo
    for prospecting, list building, and contact hygiene.
  • Design & ship
    A/B tests
    (subject, copy, CTA, timing/cadence), and iterate from results.
  • Improve
    deliverability
    continuously: list hygiene, bounce/spam monitoring, seed tests, content & link audits, and cadence tuning.
  • Partner with Sales/BDR to align offers, SLAs, and lead handoff; track down-funnel impact (meetings, pipeline, revenue).
  • Report clear KPIs and insights; recommend experiments and optimizations weekly.

  • Strong copy instincts + structured testing mindset.
  • Excellent spoken communication
    —client-facing calls, internal briefs, and crisp status updates.
  • Comfortable with
    LinkedIn automation
    (prospecting & follow-ups) and
    WhatsApp/iMessage
    workflows (compliant, opt-in, template-based where applicable).
  • Working knowledge of
    CAN-SPAM/GDPR
    best practices.
  • HTML for email templates and landing page tweaks.

  • List health (validity, growth, engagement).
  • Sequence performance (open/reply rates, positive replies, meetings).
