We are looking for Data Analyst with 7 + Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location Key Skills: Python, AWS, EMR, Hadoop and Apache Spark, Tableau, reporting packages This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days. Roles and Responsibilities:
•   Work closely with Data Analytics Lead to translate Centre of Excellence (COE) strategy stakeholder needs for analytical insights from their product solutions and deliver relevant data reports and analysis in an automated and timely manner
•   Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources and reorganizing data in a readable format
•   Clean and remove corrupted data and assess quality and fit for analysis
•   Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction of insights
•   Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, stating trends, patterns, and recommendations, and enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
•   Support analysis on new regional, and global trends that impact both Bayer and the agriculture industry and provide inputs to COE strategy leads on new data sources that will enhance strategic insights
•   Provide regular input on gaps in our data strategy to Data Analytics Lead and Data Scientist, and collaborate closely with COE and data stewardship teams to better increase our data integrity from the moment the data is collected, ingested, stored, and processed
•   Develop user guides for all data models, analysis and reports and provide knowledge transfer to respective COE strategy and solution leads and there.
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
•   Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, Sciences, Math and Statistics or other relevant courses
•   Strong mathematical & statistical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
•   Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R and Python
•   Technical proficiency in machine learning techniques for data mining and segmentation.
•   Experience in handling reporting packages
•   Experience in a few varieties of machine learning projects like regression, classification, clustering, time series and managing end to end e.g., data gathering, cleaning, modelling, and presentation
•   Good technical education/background in statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
•   SQL knowledge and experience to extract the data from data lake/data base
•   Productionalize/deployment model experience for the Senior role
