Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial operations at Mechinex. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in financial management within a high-growth technology and manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and invoices
  • Assist in GST filing, TDS, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and transactions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports under supervision

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Zoho Books, or other accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
