Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Sushi Chef, located in Hyderabad. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking various types of sushi and other Japanese dishes. Day-to-day tasks include fish cutting and seafood preparation, ensuring food hygiene and safety, designing sushi menus, and maintaining high culinary standards. The chef will also handle inventory management, collaborate with kitchen staff, and ensure customer satisfaction with meal presentations and taste.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
  • Expertise in seafood handling, especially in working with Sushi and Fish
  • Knowledge and practices of Hygiene and Food Safety standards
  • Experience in Sushi and Japanese cuisine
  • Great attention to detail and presentation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus
