Role: Social Media LeadLocation: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Experience: 3–5 years in a social media/digital agency
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000/month
Reports to: Founder (Hiral Shah)About the Role: This role ensures seamless client delivery, team accountability, and project management across all social media retainers. You're the nerve centre that keeps the creative, copy, video, and client teams running in sync. You'll thrive here if you enjoy clarity, control, and client delight.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementMaintain a live tracker for each client with tasks, deadlines, and ownership
Break briefs into subtasks for design, copy, and video editors
Ensure timely feedback collection and final delivery to clients
Client ServicingAct as the single point of contact (on WhatsApp, Email)Send weekly updates proactively—even if not asked
Pre-empt delivery delays, manage expectations, and escalate smartly
Quality & Process ControlRun QA on creatives, captions, reels, etc., before the client shares
Review stories, reels, and grid plans for consistency
Ensure posts go live with proper tagging, captions, and relevance
Documentation & ReportingMaintain SOPs and ensure the team follows them
Create weekly/monthly internal reports on delivery and team bandwidth
Assist in monthly reporting decks, case studies, and highlights
Strategic Support (Optional/Upskilling)Support the founder during strategy calls with prep work and note-taking
Identify areas for upsell/renewal based on performance and satisfaction
