Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Gurugram. The BDE will focus on driving new business opportunities through lead generation, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster company growth.

Qualifications

  • Ability to excel in New Business Development and Lead Generation activities
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication abilities to build client relationships
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in business development within the hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
