Real Estate Sales Executive - Infinity Property Solution

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Infinity Property Solution. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the thriving real estate sector while helping clients achieve their property dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct market research and provide expert advice on current market conditions and property values
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants
  • Create compelling property listings and marketing materials
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, rental terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
