About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brands across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, salon, and lifestyle industries, and have hands-on experience in social media management, advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily posting and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for both brands.
Create and execute social media strategies and monthly calendars aligned with brand goals.
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience managing brand pages and running paid ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
Prior experience in beauty, salon, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
