Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of gold markets and appraisal processes.
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
