Job Purpose / Statement:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin & HR Leader to oversee all Administrative, IR, CLM and human resource functions of all the Plants. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices. The candidate may have capability ensuring smooth daily operations, employee satisfaction, regulatory compliances, CLM and effective HR and admin policy creation & implementation, Green Field Project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

HR functions to ensure 'Happy & Motivated Employees' in all Plant Locations Capability Development & Delta movement of all locations including the Plant Heads Smooth Industrial relation and handling all emergency situations & risk management 100% Compliances in all locations & Liasoning with all bodies & authorities CSR activities CLM: Ensure MPP, Availability & capability development All plant admin & project activities

KEY DECISIONS BY THE POSITION HOLDER:

All people related decisions in the plant All compliance decisions Admin commercial decisions Rate finalisation CSR
