Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic AI-first Project Manager with proven expertise in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform to lead the execution of Ralliants enterprise-wide Tool Modernization initiative. This role will drive digital transformation, ensure seamless integration, and deliver measurable business impact across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional execution of the Tool Modernization roadmap
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: design pilot rollout adoption.
  • Champion AI-first thinking, simplifying and automating workflows using AI + Power Platform.
  • Oversee pilot deployments, collect feedback, and iterate before scaling.
  • Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse using Azure, Power Automate, REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) for governance and continuous improvement.
  • Report project progress, risks, and mitigations to executive sponsors.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise project management (digital transformation / IT modernization).
  • Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, data governance, secure integration.
  • Experience with phased rollouts, pilots, and change management in complex setups.
  • Familiar with Agile, Lean, PDCA methodologies and tools like Jira, Miro.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
  • Experience working with Centers of Excellence (CoE) or internal consulting teams.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or enterprise systems integration.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and digital enablement.
