This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.What your day-to-day will look like: • Manage end-to-end concrete construction projects from planning through completion • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineering teams • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols • Review and approve concrete mix designs, testing procedures, and quality control measures • Facilitate project meetings and provide stakeholder updates on progress and milestones • Resolve construction issues and manage change orders effectivelyDesired or preferred experience and technical skills: • 10-12 years of project management experience in concrete construction or related field • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) • Knowledge of concrete testing and quality assurance procedures • Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid) • Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation • Strong understanding of building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and ACI standards • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferredRequired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience in concrete construction • Minimum 10 years of hands-on project management experience in concrete works • Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $5M+ with multiple stakeholders • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sitesLocation: [Location to be specified - remote/hybrid/on site plus all posting locations]Job Tags: Project Management, Concrete Construction, Construction Management, Civil EngineeringLocation: On-site –Ahmedabad, GJScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
