Role Overview:

Responsible for coordinating project delivery and governance activities by working with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders. The role ensures smooth execution of service requests, releases, and enhancement cycles in alignment with SLAs and PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore delivery teams and client stakeholders on project updates and releases.
  • Track SLA compliance, ticket aging, and delivery metrics using PMO and operations dashboards.
  • Support governance activities – project reporting, RAID tracking, and documentation.
  • Manage weekly/monthly client review meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain resource tracking, delivery reports, and PMO documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and manage client communication proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITSM/SaaS tools like Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Zendesk (preferred).
  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Standard PMO Activities:

  • Governance and SLA reporting
  • Risk and issue tracking
  • Project documentation and audit readiness
  • Resource and metrics management
  • Continuous improvement of delivery processes

Experience Required: 5–8 years
