Position Summary

Silverpush is looking for a highly analytical and proactive Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive

innovation in our AI and ML-powered product suite. The APM will work closely with cross-functional

teams to enhance existing solutions and develop new AI-driven products. The ideal candidate has

experience in product management, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an understanding of

AI/ML applications in the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to build AI-powered advertising,

analytics and optimization tools.

Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback,

and AI advancements.

Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and drive innovation.

Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate complex ML models into

actionable insights for the system.

Support the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify areas of improvement.

Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product

positioning.

Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.

Maintain and refine JIRA-based product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field

A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media or

adtech industry

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven

decisions.

Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management

frameworks.

Ability to work with engineers and data scientists to bridge technical and business needs.

Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to

effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Flexible, smart, reliable and most of all, willing to learn
