Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager, based on-site in Gurugram. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of product roadmaps. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, assisting in designing product features, and working closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals. You will also analyze market trends and user feedback to suggest improvements and innovative solutions, ensuring our platform continues to meet and exceed client needs.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of HR tech, product management principles, product lifecycle, and roadmap planning.
  • Experience with user research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Technical expertise in using Agile tools and software development processes, with an ability to liaise seamlessly with engineering teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to drive product innovation and market fit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR technology, SaaS products, or talent management is a plus.
