We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie (Tandoor) to join our dynamic culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes with consistency and high quality
- Ensure proper marination, grilling, roasting, and baking in clay tandoor ovens
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times
- Assist the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering
- Contribute to new menu ideas and seasonal specials
- Train and guide Commis chefs when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in Tandoor section in a hotel or reputed restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and discipline
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and festival days
