We are seeking a talented and creative Chef de Partie (Bakery) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in baking breads, pastries, and desserts, along with a passion for innovation and maintaining top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and finish bakery and pastry items as per recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all bakery products.
  • Supervise and guide Commis and trainees in the bakery section.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and inventory of bakery ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery area at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Pastry Chef and Kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new bakery items.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel or bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and desserts.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
