Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned data
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
  • Maintain proper documentation and update CRM or call sheets
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
  • Follow company communication standards and scripts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
  • Good verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software, CRM – if applicable)
  • Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
  • Comfortable working with targets

Experience:

  • Fresher or up to 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
