Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as General Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage projects, liaise with clients, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of specialized construction projects. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring project progress
  • Expertise in construction domains such as structural rehabilitation, Corporate waterproofing and civil-interiors.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset to overcome challenges effectively
  • Relevant experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with specialized construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
